Highest first-time PANCE pass rates, class of 2025

This list orders 35 physician assistant programs by their first-time PANCE pass rate for the class of 2025, as printed in each program's NCCPA report. Only first-time takers count, and a class needs at least 20 first-time takers, since a rate from a small class can swing on a single result. Program-reported figures, taken from a program's own statement rather than an NCCPA report, are kept out of this ordering because they may not follow the NCCPA first-time definition, so they are not comparable with NCCPA rows. Duke University's class of 2025 passed at 100% with 88 first-time takers, and the national first-time rate in that year's reports was 91%. Of the 333 programs on the ARC-PA list fetched October 28, 2026, 45 have a pass rate on this site, so the list covers part of the field.
