To report a number that looks wrong, include the page address and, if you have it, a link to the newer or corrected source (a program's NCCPA report, the accreditor's list, the program's cost page). Corrections are made from the source, never from a figure sent without one.

Program staff can send the link to a newly posted pass-rate report or cost page; it is fetched, archived and shown with its date.
